Garlic likes it cold. Sometimes added to our boxes when we have the budget, it’s rarely a true surplus item, except at certain times of the year when stored garlic will start to grow.
Wastey Tip: Save the peels! Lots of flavour can be locked in the peel if using for a stock or sauce.
Our favourite thing to do with them…..chop the top off and slow roast them until nice and soft :)
